Palmetto Dunes is a private and secure neighborhood with 24-hour monitored entrances (1 to enter and one into the Moorings area).  The seemingly endless palm tree and bike trail-lined streets, along with the impeccable landscaping immediately welcome you as you enter and drive through this gorgeous neighborhood.  Along the way, you will see just a small part of what this community has to offer in the way of  restaurants, outfitters, tennis courts, golf courses, and stores!  You won't want to leave!!!

This unit sits on the top floor of a 2 unit (3 story) condo.  2 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, laundry in unit, 2 decks (accessible from living room and both bedrooms).  The master suite has a king bed and separate vanity space from bathroom with tub/shower combination.  Spare bedroom with 2 queen beds has it's own separate bathroom with toilet and shower/tub combination.  The living room has a pull out couch for those extra guests(linens provided)!  The 3rd full bathroom is located in neutral location with washer/dryer, stand up shower, and sink!  The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home you will need on your week away!   6 people can comfortably dine at the table in this open concept living/dining space and there are 2 additional bar stools provided as well.  

Steps from the unit is also a beautiful community pool (private to the Mooring complex and remodeled in 2016) with accessible bathrooms and outdoor rinsing stations!  Cool off after spending a day at the beach with your family and friends!  Open April 1- September 30.  

We are the owners and managers. We have hired one of the best cleaning companies on the island as we are perfectionists with clean properties.  NO one wants to clean on their vacation, and you won’t have to!

*We are an allergy free rental and we do NOT allow pets !
